Why coworking?

Coworking is the idea of taking an office space and injecting café culture, not the other way around. Why do you need coworking? Because coworking allows an office home alternative for non-office people, independents that are far more productive at a desk than at home or the coffee shop. They know this, but don’t want to give up the creative vibe of the café culture. With coworking they don’t need to.

Raymond James goes out of market

So I read in the Tampa Business Journal yesterday that Raymond James selected an agency of record. My first thought was, "wow, I thought they did everything in house." However, this story gets worse for all of us in the Tampa advertising community. Reading further I find that Ray Jay used a local, Tampa firm to manage the search. And that the agency who was selected as the agency of record is in Minneapolis. Minneapolis?
